Terms of use

The terms for using Pit Stop 30

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to the Pit Stop 30 app and this website, provided by CDAAPP LTD, trading as Waystation Apps (company number 17499678), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By using the app you agree to them.

What Pit Stop 30 is – and isn't

Pit Stop 30 is a self-help app for general wellbeing. It helps you check in with yourself each day, see patterns in your mood, sleep and drinking, keep a private journal and work towards small goals.

It is not a medical service, therapy, counselling or crisis support, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. It doesn't replace your GP or a qualified professional. If you're struggling, please talk to someone – Samaritans are free on 116 123, any time. In immediate danger, call 999.

Guides, patterns and reports in the app are general information based on what you enter. Links between things like sleep, drinking and mood are patterns, not proof of cause.

Your responsibilities

Free trial and subscriptions

Launch offer: new subscribers who choose the yearly plan by 12:00 noon (UK time) on 16 January 2027 pay £31.49 for their first year. After the first year the plan renews at the standard price of £34.99 a year unless cancelled. The 14-day free trial still applies – the £31.49 is charged when the trial ends. The offer is available once per Google account and can't be combined with any other offer.

Launch list

If you join the launch list on this website, we'll email you when Pit Stop 30 is out (and, if you chose iPhone, when the iPhone version is out). You can leave at any time. See the privacy policy for how we handle your email.

Liability

We work hard to make the app accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss caused by decisions made using the app or by loss of data on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [email protected].
